**Job Description:**
As a Parts Counter Person, you will play a crucial role in our operations, serving as the first point of contact for both our internal and external customers regarding their parts needs. This position involves coordinating with customers, sales, and service teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers in selecting required parts, providing advice and recommendations based on the customer's needs.
- Handle the ordering process, ensuring all parts are accurately ordered, tracked, and delivered.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts inventory, keeping records current and ensuring parts are properly labeled.
- Coordinate with service technicians and sales personnel to meet the parts needs of all departments.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Process parts transactions, including cash and credit sales, and manage accounting records of sales.
- Stay informed about new products and updates to parts inventory.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training or education in automotive parts and systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in auto parts sales or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
