We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused team member to support our parts operations and help keep the service and sales workflow running smoothly. In this role, you will assist customers and internal teams with locating, ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing parts and accessories while maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive experience.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers and team members in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories
• Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate parts inventory records and help conduct regular inventory counts
• Research part numbers, availability, and pricing using catalogs, systems, and vendor resources
• Provide support to service, sales, and warehouse teams as needed
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to place orders and track shipments
• Keep the parts area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company procedures for ordering, returns, warranty items, and documentation

What We Are Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning inventory or parts management systems
• Ability to read and interpret part numbers, diagrams, and product information
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to take initiative
• Prior parts, retail, warehouse, or inventory experience is helpful

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive, equipment, dealership, or retail parts environment
• Knowledge of inventory control and order processing
• Familiarity with vendor ordering and shipping processes

Work Environment

This role may involve working in a shop, warehouse, or retail environment and may require standing, walking, lifting, and occasional manual handling of parts and supplies. A willingness to collaborate with others and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach is important.
